We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Please do not wear boots off of the carpet until you are sure they fit. Merchandise that are not in resalable condition cannot be accepted. Perfume and smoke smells cannot be removed so items so damaged will not be accepted.
Returns for refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If your order includes items that are not in stock we will make them for you at no extra charge. Shipping time on orders that have to be made is from 3 to 4 weeks unless otherwise noted.

If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
All orders delivering to addresses outside the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service Global Express mail. We've found this to be the most cost effective way to ship to our foreign customers. If you desire a different service then you are responsible for all shipping charges.
ATTN International Customers: The CITIES (Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species) Permit is required for overseas shipments of some exotic leathers. If you do not purchase this permit, our responsibility for delivery of international orders ends when we turn the merchandise over to the shipper. If your order is confiscated by your countries Custom officials that will be a risk you assume. The fee is per shipment and not per order or number of products.
Sales Tax Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
